How To Get Rid Of Cellulite !

USE AN EXFOLIATOR

You can make your own exfoliator or you can buy one.If you want to make yourself exfoliator then mix 2 spouns of coffee , 2 spoons of sugar and a few olive oil and massage your body where you have cellulite.

EAT HEALTHY

A healthy diet plays an important role in keeping the signs of cellulite at bay. Eat plenty of fiber and whole grain foods (such as bran and oat cereals), since they help to remove waste and toxins from the intestinal tract, as well as fruits and vegetables.

Also, drink plenty of agua. If you increase your daily intake of water, your body will begin to shed its excess fat, including the fat stored as cellulite. The water will also help strengthen the collagen in your skin, helping to reduce the lumpy look.

EXERCISE REGULARLY

Since cellulite is fat, excess weight can contribute to it. That's why it's important to engage in physical exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, yoga, etc., several times a week.

6 Strange (But True) Weight Loss Tips !

It seems that there's a new crazy diet introduced every day. Most of them don't work, but these weird (but true) weight loss tips just might help you lose those last few pounds.

1. DRINK WARM WATER

Most of us prefer drinking cold water over the warm varietal, but if you're looking to lose weight, you might want to rethink your beverage temperature.

Warm water has been shown to make you feel fuller faster so that you in turn, don't eat as much.

If you can't fathom warm water, try adding an herbal tea bag to give it a little flavor.

2. WATCH LESS ..TV

Most of us know that we eat more (and consume more calories) if we eat our meals while we are distracted (watching TV, on the computer, reading, etc.). But this idea of watching TV goes beyond watching while eating. Watching less TV in general helps you lose weight...because you burn more calories!

You burn more calories sleeping than you do watching TV so...read, go for a walk or go to bed instead of watching TV for hours on end.

3. DON'T EAT IN PIJAMAS !!!

This is a depressing one for me as I'm the kind of person who changes into "comfy"  the minute I walk in the door.

Studies have shown that we eat and snack more if we're wearing loose (and elastic!) clothes.

My compromise? Choose tighter clothing (like leggings, yoga pants and tank tops) so that you can be comfortable but still feel your waist.

4. EAT MORE VACTERIA

Bacteria plays a big role in our metabolism and appetite, so some think that by increasing the amount of probiotic-rich foods you eat (aka bacteria) you'll be able to lose weight without cutting calories.

The only research is anecdotal so far and while I'm a huge proponent of good bacteria balance, I'm not sure it will help you lose weight.

5. ADD SOME SPICE!

Recent studies have shown that when you consume foods that are spicy, specifically cayenne pepper, your metabolism increases.

After the pepper was consumed, less calories were taken in at the next meal and its also been shown to slow the growth of fat cells.

It's time to start adding more spice!

6. DRINK WINE!

Obviously, I saved the best for last! For reasons that researches don't completely understand, women who drink one or two glasses of wine a day put on fewer pounds than those who don't.

Those who sipped wine, took in fewer calories but be sure you don't go over two glasses (servings really, which is 5 oz) or you'll inevitably take in more calories than you want.

5 Simple Ways To Get Gorgeous Skin Overnight !

Go to bed with a clean face: Never — and we mean never — fall asleep with your makeup on. "Beyond just clogging your skin and causing breakouts, sleeping in makeup can lead to wrinkles down the road," says Dr. Day. Even on those nights when you're too lazy to actually wash your face, take a minute and use a cleansing wipe.

Get on a five-step program: Establish a nightly skincare routine and stick to it. Dr. Day breaks down her go-to five-step daily regimen: cleanse your skin, apply toner that fits your skin type with a cotton pad, rub on an anti-aging serum, use an overnight repair treatment, and finish it off with a super-moisturizing night cream, like Neutrogena Deep Moisture Night Cream. Stay faithful to your ritual every night for a few weeks to see the best results.

Scan the ingredients list: For ultra-smooth skin, look for anti-aging treatments with retinol, which speeds up skin cells' turnover process, leaving your skin brighter and softer with fewer fine lines. (We love Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Night Moisturizer.) Retinol can cause some redness and irritation, so if you find your skin stinging, scale back to every other night. Your other new best friends are peptides, which replenish collagen and make your skin look firmer, and anti-oxidants, which reverse damage from the elements.

Clock those eight hours: You may think you can power through on six hours with a few venti soy lattes, but your skin disagrees. And even if you go to bed a few minutes earlier, scrolling through your Instagram feed may only be keeping you up later — the blue light from your phone can inhibit production of the sleep-inducing hormone melatonin, making it harder to nod off. Dr. Day suggests switching off your phone before you get into bed, and instead taking a few minutes to clear your mind of stress.

Give your body some love: While you're sleeping, your skin is working hard to repair all the damage it picked up throughout the day, which means the less punishing elements you expose it to, the less work it will have to do come sundown. "Emotional stress, pollution, dehydration, and smoking will all stress out your skin," says Dr. Day, "but the biggest cause of aging is sun exposure! It is so important to protect your skin from the sun every day." Make SPF a part of your morning routine, even during the winter and on cloudy days, and your night treatments will spend less time reversing sun damage and more time making your skin look brighter than ever.

How To Get Rid Of Acne!

Most people find themselves suffering from an acne outbreak at some point, whether it's due to hormones or stress. Contrary to popular belief, pimples don't necessarily mean your skin is dirty or unclean — in fact, over-cleansing can irritate your skin even more. However, hormones aren't uncontrollable, and there are simple changes you can make to eliminate your breakouts. You can have your glowing, healthy, and pimple-free skin back in no time.

1
Wash your face twice daily. The first step to getting clear skin is to set up a regimented cleansing routine. Buckle down and force yourself to wash your face when you wake up in the morning and before going to bed at night. As tired or busy as you may be, taking the extra few minutes to prep your skin will reduce your acne significantly.
  • Wash your face for at least one minute straight. It takes at least this long for all the pimple-causing bacteria to be killed.
  • If you have acne on other parts of your body such as your shoulders, back, and chest, give these areas a scrubbing twice daily as well.
  • If you wear makeup, never go to bed without washing it all off. Sleeping with makeup on is a surefire way to increase your pimple-count and make getting rid of your acne even more difficult. Use an oil-free makeup remover prior to washing with your regular cleanser to make sure all traces have been removed.

  1. Get Rid of Acne Step 2.jpg
    2
Use products with benzoyl peroxide. You can use benzoyl peroxide in the form of either a soap or lotion over your acne-prone areas. This product works to clean off dead skin and help your skin to regenerate new, clean cells faster. Look for products that contain 3% or less of benzoyl peroxide to avoid irritating your skin.

3
Try products with salicylic acid. This acid, similar to benzoyl peroxide, works to slough (to get rid of) off dead skin cells and encourage new skin growth. As a result, you may experience dry skin and scaliness around your acne, but this will dissipate over time as your skin begins to regenerate faster. Use this in a cleanser or spot treatment daily on the acne-affected areas of your skin.

  1. 4
Use sulfur-containing cleansers. Although we don’t know exactly why sulfur works as a great acne-killer, we do know that it does work. Look for products that contain sulfur to clear up your acne, seemingly by reducing oil production.

  1. 5
Use a retinoid. Retinoid cleansers contain ultra-high levels of vitamin A, which help to clean out clogged pores and dissolve away grime. You can purchase over-the-counter retinoid products or get a prescription for one from your doctor.
  2. 6
Find products containing azelaic acid. Azelaic acid is an antibacterial that also helps to reduce redness and inflammation and is found naturally in wheat and barley. If your acne tends to leave dark marks on your skin, try a product that uses azelaic acid to clean your pores and reduce acne-produced dark spots.

7
Use a spot treatment. Spot treatments are specialized products that you apply only to your acne spots rather than over the entirety of your face. Buy a spot treatment from your local drugstore or create your own using products you likely already have in your home.
  • Make a paste of baking soda and water and dab it onto your pimples. Do this nightly before bed and rinse off in the morning to clean out bacteria and scrub away dead skin.
  • Aspirin tablets that are ground up can be mixed with water and then put on your zits to reduce redness and swelling.
  • In a pinch, try using a dab of whitening toothpaste to dry out your pimple and reduce redness.

  1. Get Rid of Acne Step 8 Version 2.jpg
    8
Use a face mask. Face masks contain compounds that soothe your skin and kill bacteria. Using a face mask 2-3 times a week for 15-20 minutes to dry out your skin and clean out your pores. Buy face masks from your local beauty supply or drugstore, or make your own at home.
    • Use a “mask” of olive oil rubbed on your face. Give your skin a copious coating and allow it to set for 15 minutes. Then rinse off with warm water, making sure to remove all traces of the oil.
    • Create a blend of cucumbers and oatmeal. The cucumbers help to reduce redness and fight off dark spots while the oatmeal soften and soothes irritated skin. Blend the two together in a food processor until it forms a paste, and then apply it to your skin for 15-20 minutes before washing off with warm water.
    • Rub a light layer of honey into your skin, and let it sit for 30 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
    • Try using egg whites to clean out and close up large pores. Separate the yolks out of one or two eggs, beat the whites a bit, and apply to your face. You should feel your pores tighten up as it dries; let it set until completely dry. Rinse off the egg whites with warm water.

9
Apply essential oils to active pimples. Some essential oils are thought to have antimicrobial properties that can kill acne-causing bacteria. Dab a drop on each spot, or wet a cotton swab and wipe it over problem areas. Some popular options include lavender, rosemary, thyme, and sandalwood.

  1. Get Rid of Acne Step 10.jpg
    10
Exfoliate your face. Exfoliates are mild scrubbing products that work to slough (to get rid of) off dead skin cells that build up and cause acne. Buy a mild exfoliate at your local drugstore or make your own at home using household ingredients.
    • Make a paste of baking soda and water (similar to the spot treatment) and gently rub it in a circular motion around your face. This will kill bacteria and remove dead skin cells simultaneously.
    • If you have sensitive skin, consider using oatmeal as an exfoliate. Mix oatmeal with honey and rub it onto your face for 2-3 minutes, and gently rinse away the residue with warm water.
    • For very dry skin, use coffee grounds mixed with your regular facial cleanser. Using coarser grounds will give a more abrasive exfoliate, while a fine grind will be more gentle for sensitive skin.
EXTRA TIPS:

Eat healthily
exercise
sleep at least 8 hours
shower a lot
Use prescription drugs. (Certain medications can be prescribed by your dermatologist to help with particularly bad cases of acne, but should be used with caution. As with all medications, there may be unwanted side-effects in a small portion of the population.
Going on a specialized form of birth control (for women) can help to regulate hormones which may be producing your bad acne. Ask your dermatologist if this seems like a good option for you to take.
In particularly troublesome cases of acne, a specialized drug known as accutane can be prescribed. This is an incredibly intense retinoid treatment that has shown to almost completely remove all acne in users. However, it has the most serious side-effects of any acne-fighting drug and should be used with extreme caution).
DRINK A LOT OF WATER !!!!!!!!!!!!

                                                 HOPE I HELPED!

Tumeric face mask for skin with acne and dark cirkles

Skin Brightening Turmeric Face MaskTurmeric is a bright yellow spice used in many Indian, Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern dishes, but what many Western don't know is that when combined with yogurt, milk or olive oil, it's also a brilliant face mask. Indian women use it as a skin brightener and it's common practice for Indian brides (and, apparently, their grooms) to smear a turmeric paste made of the powder and sunflower oil on their skin to brighten their complexions for the wedding.
Actress Thandie Newton (who is a light-skinned black woman) reportedly adds turmeric powder to her tinted moisturizer to give her the perfect glow.
Warning: Turmeric powder can stain fair skin. The same properties that make yellow and dark skin glow can make pink-skinned women look sallow. However, the stain does fade away after a few hours.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons flour (used to thicken the paste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • For oily skin: 1/4 cup plain yogurt & few drops of lemon juice
  • For dry skin: 2 tablespoons olive oil, sweet almond oil or coconut oil, maybe more
  • A few drops of honey

Preparation:

Mix the flour and turmeric together.
If you have oily skin: Add lemon juice and stir. Slowly mix in the yogurt until a creamy paste is formed. Use more or less yogurt to your liking.
If you have dry skin: Add the oil slowly and stir until a paste is formed. Add more for more creaminess.
Apply mask to face and neck.
Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes.
Using a warm, wet washcloth that you don't mind staining (turmeric will stain), rinse off the mask.

DIY: How To Make Dry Shampoo

Mix one cup of ground oatmeal with one cup of baking soda and keep in a container in your bathroom. On those days when you don’t have time to wash your hair or don’t feel like washing it, you can work some of the mixture into your roots and then brush it out. It will remove the oil and dirt like magic!

Combine one tablespoon of cornmeal, one tablespoon of orris root, and one tablespoon of very finely ground almonds. You’ll want to brush your hair well before using this mixture, then work the mixture into your roots and brush your hair well again to remove it. This recipe is especially good for those with really oily hair.

NIGHTTIME TRICKS TO WAKE UP WITH PERFECT HAIR!

Check out Lili Mac's "youtube.com/lilisimply" decalz @Lockerz http://lockerz.com/d/19759435?ref=jusbeautiful

Unless you're blessed with magic hair, getting your strands to look incredible takes major time and effort.

Fortunately, there's a workaround for mornings when you'd prefer to snooze instead of style: Some crafty chicks are able to work major mane magic before they hit the sack, waking up with amazing hair. Yep, they do their thing pre-Zzzs and jump out of bed refreshed, well rested, and with gorgeous locks. Talk about having your cake and eating it, too.

So to figure out the inner workings of #wokeuplikethis hair, we tapped some of the smartest cookies we know: Refinery29 staffers. We're a pretty diverse bunch when it comes to the hair on our heads, so these styles run the gamut, from natural texture to pixie cuts. No matter what your 'do looks like, we've got an overnight hair tip for you. Click on, and prepare to get some stunning strands while you slumber.

How to wake up with beach waves:

"Every night, I take a shower and shampoo and condition my hair. After towel-drying it, I comb my hair and part it the way I plan to wear it the following day. Next, I divide my hair into four sections. I then spritz my hair twice with Banana Boat Tanning Oil and then twirl my hair, working the oil in. I keep twirling until my hair dries, which gives it a natural, second-day look." —Natalie Fine, associate project manager/producer at Refinery29

How to wake up with natural curls:

"The technique I use is called pinappling. All you've got to do is gather your hair on the top of your head. Then, you take your silk scarf and wrap it around the base. (This method got its name because the top of your head will look like the leaves of a pineapple.) A silk hair scarf is absolutely necessary for this. You don't want cotton. It strips the moisture from your hair. Plus, the coils of natural hair get caught in the weaving of the fabric, making them likely to break."

How to wake up with loose- bouncy curls

"I French-braid my wet hair on nights when I shower before bed. As it dries overnight, it creates a smooth, mermaid-wave texture for my otherwise frizzy hair. I find that this added texture helps my hair hold a curl more easily. Once it's dry in the a.m., I pull some pieces around my crown into a one-and-a-half-inch-barrel curling iron and let the rest of my hair 'do the wave' from the French braid. I like the mix of curling-iron curl and mermaid wave; it has a more undone, dynamic feel than simply curling my entire head of hair with an iron." —Alex McGinn, associate sales development manager at Refinery29

Get FLAT Stomach in a WEEK!

You've got a big event, a bloated stomach and just one week to get that belly as flat as you can. You can do it with the tips we give you here. You'll be so pleased, you may want to stick with them once the week's up.

EAT MORE OFTEN!

Instead of three large meals that can fill your belly and tax your digestive system, eat small, frequent meals or snacks. Eat your meals about two to three hours apart; they'll take up less space in your stomach, cause less expansion, keep your metabolism up and keep you feeling full.

ADJAUST YOUR FRUIT AND VEGGIE PORTIONS.

While raw vegetables and fruits are great choices for overall health, they cause your stomach to stretch, so it's best to eat them in smaller portions spread throughout the day.

CHECKK FOR A LACTOSE INTOLERANCE.

If dairy products cause uncomfortable gas and bloating, you may have difficulty digesting lactose, the sugar found in dairy. Try eating low-lactose foods such as yogurt, consume only small amounts of milk products at one time and eat them with other foods. You can also buy lactose-free products or take a digestive aid such as Lacataid to help break down the lactose in your digestive tract.

CHOOSE POTASSIUM-RICH FOODS.

Eat high potassium foods including avocado, mini bananas, papaya, mango, cantaloupe and nonfat yogurt (made without artificial sweeteners). Potassium is a natural diuretic, so it will help reduce water retention and puffiness.

DRINK AT LEAST 8 GLASSES OF WATER EVERY DAY AND I CUP OF TEA EVERY DAY.

Water and tea clean your organism , make your skin look brighter and healthier and make your metabolism run faster! They help a lot to burn more fat.

STAY AWAY FROM ALCHOHOL

When it comes to flattening your stomach, alcohol is not your friend. It makes your body store more of the fat you eat and burn up to 36% less fat than you normally would. It can also inhibit your body's production of fat-burning hormones.

EXERCISE!

Find some great workouts at youtube and start exercising at least 30 minutes a day . Also go out to walk or jog.

CREATING THE ILLUSION OF FLAT STOMACH

Improve your posture.Standing up taller can make you look five pounds lighter, so why wouldn't you do it. Stand in such a way that your pelvis is relaxed and downward with the belt line slanting forward and your backside angled back and behind (not under) you. Line your rib cage up with your stomach. Roll your shoulders back and let them drop down gently. Center your head over your spine and elongate the back of the neck by imagining a string tied to and gently lifting the crown of your head.

Choose belly-flattening fashions. There are a lot of ways to put your wardrobe to work for you in the battle against the belly. By choosing the right fabrics and styles, you can create the illusion of a smaller tummy.
Pick fabrics that skim the body. These include woven cotton, silk or rayon blends and lightweight wool blends. Stay away from fabrics that cling such as Lycra and lightweight knits; they tend to emphasize every bulge.
Divert the eye. Look for garments with features that draw the eye away from your mid-section. For example, tops with detailing around the neckline or a ruffle down the center give the eye something else to focus on rather than your stomach. Wrap tops and dresses are also good choices as long as they're not made from the kind of clingy fabric you're looking to avoid.
Add a belt. Use a wide belt in a dark color to cinch your waist, separating the hips and bust and creating a waistline.
Play around with patterns. Geometric and floral patterns can be a good way to disguise a bit of a belly, but you'll have to experiment at bit with the size of the pattern; make sure it's scaled to your body size.
Put color to work for you. Yes, black is the most slimming color, but it's not your only choice. Celebrity stylist Phillip Bloch recommends purple, navy, burgundy, eggplant, charcoal gray and deep emerald for a slim look. You might also want to go monochromatic and dress head-to-toe in just one color--another way to look long and lean.

Use shapewear. Shapewear can give you the more fashionable figure that you're looking for. It comes in many different styles but a high-waisted bike short might be the best for keeping a tummy (as well as hips and thighs) looking slimmer. Choose a control level--light, medium or firm--that gives you the look you want without causing you great discomfort or outright pain.

6 Genious Tricks To a Closer Wax or Save

Upgrade your shave-grow-repeat routine with these insider secrets for nixing stray hairs    anywhere (seriously, anywhere) they may crop up!

Exfoliate before shaving.
Wait: Doesn't shaving slough for you? Thing is, not exfoliating pre-shave means "you run the risk of dead cells clogging your razor, so your shave won't be as close," says Marina Peredo, M.D., founder of Marina I. Peredo Dermatology and Spatique Medical Spa. "Exfoliating also helps bring the hair out of the follicle so bumps won't occur."

Spot-treat with lasers.
Welcome news for those with sprigs in odd places: Laser treatments aren't just for legs and bikini lines. You can actually spot-treat a single annoying hair—for a much cheaper rate!—says Melanie Grossman, M.D., a cosmetic and laser dermatologist. The average person will experience significant hair reduction in about three treatments, but yearly or biyearly touch-ups are recommended.

Remove hair when you're pasty.
Don't get a laser treatment if you have any kind of tan. If you're naturally pale and your specialist chooses a laser that's better suited for darker skin, it can increase the risk for nasty side effects, like irritation and blisters, says Grossman. She also warns her clients to avoid hot tubs, swimming pools, and pedicures for at least a week post-treatment. "The laser creates a tiny open wound, and there's a chance you can get an infection."

Lube up pre-wax.
Hydrating skin is the secret to a flawless wax job, ^ because softer hairs can be removed more easily, says Noemi Grupenmager, founder and CEO of UNI K Wax Center. "Five to seven days before your wax, start rubbing olive oil on your skin. It seeps in deep and won't clog pores," she says. The day of, drink lots of water and avoid alcohol. "While that glass of wine will relax you, it will also tighten your pores—which will create more of a pull when removing the hair—and can make skin sensitive."

Go old school.
If you wax your upper lip or bikini line every month, consider electrolysis, which destroys hair at the root using an electric current. Each visit will leave skin as smooth as it is from a wax—and after a year or two of treatments, you should be hairless forever, says Danna Homburger, owner of Danna Homburger Expert Electrolysis and Laser Hair Removal.

Try face serum down there (or anywhere).
No need to spring for a separate post-wax soothing formula—any face serum that's meant to reduce redness, irritation, or inflammation works on any body part, says dermatologist Gary Goldfaden, M.D., founder of Goldfaden MD. Check your product's ingredients panel for organic red tea, chamomile, oatmeal, cucumber, or green tea.

8 Beauty MythsThat Are Actually True

Get your facts straight to get even more gorgeous!
We’re quick to write off most beauty myths as total fabrications—like that one about toothpaste causing chemical burns. But lo and behold, some of the craziest beauty-related "urban legends" are actually true. Go ahead and file these fables under "fact" from here on out:

Tight Buns and Ponytails Can Make Your Hair Fall Out
Any hairstyle that causes tension by pulling at the scalp and root can lead to scarring hair loss, which means it's not going to grow back. Sub out your regular topknot with one of these loose, pretty hairstyles to save your strands.

Rubbing Your Eyes Causes Wrinkles
Rubbing your eyes doesn't directly cause wrinkles, but the pulling motion causes the thin, delicate skin around the eyes to crease back and forth, which leads to the appearance of premature aging over time. You're not going to develop a web of crow's feet from rubbing your eyes once, but we wouldn't recommend making a habit of it.

Rinsing Your Hair With Beer Can Make It Thicker and Stronger
The barley and hops used to brew beer are rich in vitamins and proteins that help hair appear thicker, stronger, and shinier. Meanwhile, the alcohol acts as a cleansing agent. While you can't make each individual strand permanently thicker, beer works to swell and widen the hair shaft until your next wash—so as far as thickening products go, it's among the best (and cheapest!).

Certain Foods May Cause or Worsen Acne
A diet full of greasy foods and chocolate, long regarded as "acne-causing foods," isn’t good for your body—but they don't necessarily mess with your skin. The truth is, there isn't a definitive list of foods proven to cause acne. But because everyone's body reacts differently to different foods, something you're eating could be to blame for your breakouts. Keep track of your diet, and take note when you eat something that causes pimples or irritation—you might begin to notice a pattern.

8 BEAUTY USES OF BAKING SODA

Baking soda has been a kitchen staple for generations, but it’s also a major player in the beauty realm. The inexpensive product is amazing for tons of DIY beauty and hair treatments. Here’s how you can put it to use:

Prevent Sweat Stains and Body Odor
Mix baking soda with a little bit of water to turn it into a moist paste, then apply it under your arms for an all-natural deodorant.

Clarify Your Hair
Every now and then, hair needs some relief from product buildup. Add a small amount of baking soda to your shampoo, then use it as you normally would. It will give your products a fresh slate so they can work the way they’re supposed to again.

Whiten Your Teeth
“To make a teeth-whitening solution, mix one tablespoon of baking soda and five drops of hydrogen peroxide in a small container until a consistent paste develops. Add a few drops of water if necessary,” says Dr. Jessica Emery, owner of Sugar Fix Dental Loft Chicago. Apply the solution to your teeth evenly with a toothbrush, and let it sit for five minutes. Then, brush it off with normal toothpaste and rinse thoroughly with water. For best results, repeat this process once a week. “If you’re not satisfied with the results, leave the mixture on for 10 minutes at a time,” says Emery. “No more though, because you may get an uneven application and your teeth may get sensitive.”

Have you been getting way too many gel manicures? Are your cuticles looking like they’ve been through a war? Create a paste out of baking soda and warm water, and rub it on your cuticles to soften the skin. If you have enough, you can also treat the rest of your hands.
